Third Annual Platinum Promises Gala

February Mini-Camp

Call The Ministry for Persons with Disabilities at 904-230-7447 to apply to be a buddy (volunteer counselor) or camper at this weekend mini-camp.  Following the structure of Camp I Am Special, we accept campers with developmental disabilities for a typical sleepaway camp experience.

DCCW Fashion Show to benefit Camp I Am Special

The 28th Annual Camp I Am Special Fashion Show at St. Matthew’s Church is hosted by the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, who have been supporting Camp I Am Special since it’s inception in 1983.  Contact Trisha Kee at 230-7447 to purchase tickets.

Hands-On-Jacksonville Race to benefit DOSA Camps

Join us for our second race to benefit DOSA Camps (I Am Special, Promise, & Care).  In October 2009, we had over 30 runners come out to run a 5K, and we had a great time.  Join in the race, participate in the 1 mile fun-run, or come cheer on your favorite buddies and campers as we raise money for this summer’s camp sessions.  Email Trisha Kee at tkee@dosacamps.com for details on how to register online.  To receive a hard copy of the registration materials, call Trish at 904-230-7447.

Faith & Sharing Retreat
